We see all NFC Sports sports programs as tools we use to accomplish our mission and achieve our vision of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities.

NFC Sports' commitment to character development makes it extraordinarily valuable to the communities and people we serve. Building on this commitment and making it part of our everyday operations and programming is our goal.

There are three challenges that NFC Sports must accept to enjoy all possible benefits of our core values.

* We must embed our core values into our daily operations and culture

* We must build our core values and character development into all we do at NFC Sports including programming, hiring, planning, and budgeting.

* We must ensure that all of our staff, from janitor to CEO, accepts the challenge to teach the NFC Sports core values, first and foremost by leading by example in their own attitude and behavior.
