We have 151 acres of prime land under contract in the Wylie/Sacshe/Murphy corridor. This land is part of the new Woodbridge Crossing development by Herzog Development Corporation and is located at the corner of FM 544 and McCreary road in Wylie, TX. In order to meet the growing demands of the communities that we serve, NFC Sports will build a 151 acre state of the art indoor/outdoor sports complex that will include a 105 room lodging facility on the property for teams traveling in for tournaments. We will staff our facility with the best coaches and trainers from around the country and we will be known for our first class coaching and sports training.

In addition to our sports complex, there will also be 68 acres of retail space, a 12 acre retirement facility, and a 15 acre church site located on the adjoining land.

Meeting the sports, recreation, and training needs of this growing population of children and adults will be NFC Sports' driving purpose. We will be ready to serve our community by providing superior coaching and training to our youth, junior high, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. NFC Sports will seek to maximize God's gifts by helping each athlete reach their full potential. Our programs and curriculum will enhance our member's lives by providing for a healthy spirit, body, and mind.

NFC Sports will become known for its world class professional training facilities and staff in each of the sports offered. Our expertise in coaching and training will be one of our keys to success. Baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, hockey, golf and racquetball are just a few of the sports where our members can receive professional level coaching and training. In addition, a robust recreational league in all sports will be available for those athletes that seek a less competitive venue. NFC Sports will also host national and international tournaments in all major sports.

Financially, NFC Sports projects a profit in the first year of operation based on very conservative financial estimates. In succeeding years, as membership grows, NFC Sports will enjoy an enviable rate of return for its investors.
