Consider the following facts...
The sports and fitness industry in the USA is a $14.1B annual
industry and is growing each year.
"Every day, tens of thousands of kids and adults in the DFW metroplex
spend significant time and money training for and playing sports." (Dallas Morning News 2005)
Listed below are the only sports facilities within a 30 mile radius of the
Wylie/Sachse/Murphy corridor. In each case, these facilities offer only a few
sports, and some offer no outdoor facilities at all while others offer no indoor facility.

The Wylie/Sachse/Murphy corridor is the third fastest growing area in the DFW metroplex. This area will grow by approximately 100,000 people over the next ten years..
The Wylie/Sachse/Murphy corridor and surrounding area has no current ability to meet the
demand for kids and adults who wish to attend a state of the art indoor/outdoor sports training facility..
The Wylie/Sachse/Murphy corridor has become known for its rapid growth and the influx of
young families. Over the next ten years it is estimated that over one hundred thousand new
people will move into this area. As of 2005, the existing pool of potential sports club
members includes a population of over one hundred thousand children ages 4-18 and a
population of over two hundred thousand adults ages 18-35 all located within a ten mile
radius.
In addition to the burgeoning population of the Wylie/Sachse/Murphy corridor, the demand
for sports training and recreation is growing at a rapid pace. This phenomena is especially
evident in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex where many families have disposable income.
Parents want the best sports instruction and training
for their kids and are willing to pay for it, willing to travel to it, and willing to spend
significant time investing in it.
Clearly, there is an emerging opportunity for a state of the art sports complex
in the Wylie/Sachse/Murphy corridor. We are dedicated to fulfilling this need
in our community. To learn more about our plans...see
