The NFC Sports complex is being built in the Wylie/Sachse/Murphy corridor, the
third fastest growing area in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. We have secured
151 acres of prime real estate along FM 544. This land is part of the new
Woodbridge Commons project being coordinated by Herzog Development Corporation.
Woodbridge Commons includes a new 68 acre retail park, a 12 acre
retirement center, a hotel, a 15 acre church site, and our 151 acre
sports complex.
The interactive map shown below will allow you to explore the area around our
new facility. Our property is outlined in yellow in the center of the map. To zoom in on our property use the toolbar on the left side of the map. Just
click the + icon and the map will zoom in. Double-click anywhere
on the map to recenter the map at that point. If you hover over one of the red markers on the map, additional information
will be displayed.
The blue circle on the map shows the population that is within a 30 minute drive
to our facility. As you can see, we will be able to serve a very large portion of
Plano, Richardson, Allen, McKinney, Garland, Rowlett and Rockwall, as well as our core cities of
Wylie/Sachse/Murphy. The population inside the blue circle was 1,245,846 people as of the 2000 census.
Projected growth by year 2030 is for 1,868,000 people. (North Texas Council of Governments)
